When will I know if I've been selected?
Only shortlisted candidates are contacted, by email and phone. Please keep an eye on your inbox during the review period.
Is the program online or in person?
It's blended. Most learning happens online, with in-person moments such as the bootcamp, summits and graduation. Formats are confirmed at orientation.
I don't have a STEM degree. Can I still apply?
Yes. Non-STEM applicants are considered case by case, based on interest, relevant experience and commitment to a green-transition career.
I'm returning after a career break. Is this for me?
Yes. The cohort explicitly welcomes returning mothers and women re-entering the energy workforce.
