  • You identify as a womanand are based in Bangladesh.
  • Engineering and STEM backgrounds are encouragedNon-STEM applicants are considered case by case.
  • You want a career in the green transitionYou are building your future in clean energy and climate.
  • You're a final-year student or young professionalIn your final year of university, or a professional aged 24 to 30.
  • You can commit to the full program40+ learning hours across four months, from orientation to graduation.
  • You're returning after a career breakReturning mothers and women re-entering the workforce are welcome.
